The 2004–05 season was Chelsea F.C.'s 91st competitive season, 13th consecutive season in the Premier League and 99th year as a club. Managed by José Mourinho during his first season at the club, Chelsea won the Premier League title (their first league title in 50 years) and the League Cup. Please see below for the football shirts that I own from this season.
